FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Each training session is 1 hour.
We are the only company that provides heavy duty equipment with experienced trainers to your doorstep for training that freelancers or others do not provide. We also do not charge membership fees or have any hidden costs that are associated with a gym membership.
We will bring all the equipment e.g. dumbbells, bench, resistant bands etc to your chosen venue. If the space in your home is not conducive, we can train anywhere nearby including at fitness corners, void decks, playgrounds, parks and other open spaces.
There are no extra delivery charges. Prices are inclusive of labour and delivery. We also do not charge GST.
Yes, all our trainers are certified personal trainers and we can also liaise with your physiotherapist or doctor to formulate the best workout plan for you.
